- Very good breakfast (omelette, fried egg, fired mushrooms, fried bread, fried pepper, beacon, vegetable soup, sweets, fruits, etc.) - Parking: we always found a place to park, but even if all the places are busy you can just block other cards telling at the reception that you did it and they will ping you when needed or you can leave the keys to them. - near the hotel there are shops, Turkish food, kebab (at the main street). - all local tourist attractions in walking distance (we kept the car parked and walked around couple of days). - there is a terrace with good view of the city. The hotel is dominating in the area and seems to be the best in the area.

After several days in the Hotel Arka I have positive feelings. Rooms which I booked were spacious, comfortable and clean. Also big bathrooms were an advantage. Breakfasts were good. Maybe nothing really special but everyone could find something to eat. Also top of the hotel where the breakfast was served was giving great sight for the surroundings. Hotel Bar open till midnight was also an advantage. Staff was also helpful.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The room was exceptionally clean, and the parking area right in front of the hotel was incredibly convenient. The location is fantastic—just a one-minute walk from the charming old plaza, making it perfect for sightseeing or enjoying the local ambiance. But what truly stood out was the incredible hotel staff. They were exceptionally helpful, thoughtful, and genuinely went out of their way to ensure a great experience.

The location of the hotel is great - just a few steps away from the hotel and you are in the historic old town of Skopje. Other attractions such as the Kale Fortress, the Chifte Hamam and the City Centre are also within short walking distances. The room I had was newly renovated, modern and very comfortable. I would also like to mention the wonderful view from the roof terrace and the warm welcome at the reception.

The presentation of the hotel : lobby, corridors, lifts, breakfast room were all 5 star. The reception staff were friendly. The room was spacious, carpeted and comfortable and the en suite included a bath. The breakfast was very good and was located on the 7th floor with a view across the city. The hotel is at the edge of the Old Bazaar and so there are plenty of interesting shops and eateries right outside the door. This hotel exceeded my expectations and I will certainly stay there again if I am ever back in Skopje.

We treated ourselves to a deluxe room after several stopovers during a tour of the Balkans. The hotel is in a perfect location in the old town. The facilities are first class, the staff are great and the views from the rooftop terraces on the seventh floor are stunning. A really enjoyable stay !

The hotel was in an excellent location and within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants, Old Bazaar, main square, etc. The rooftop terrace had an incredible view, especially at sunset.

Staff, breakfast and cleanliness were exceptional. Just a few steps away is old town which has to be visited when in Skopje. Also, bar on top floor and the roof terrace with a view on old town are great.

Location and the view from the rooftop terrace! Absolute delight to stay at the heart of Skopje-Old Bazaar. An evening scroll through the street labyrinths is a must. Great wind off while transiting. Didn’t have chance to use the pool though - felt strange as it is IN the bar/next to restaurant in open recreation area with people walking around in suits :) would e perfect for the close pool party event 👍
